How to Cancel the ''Worry-Free Delivery'' Insurance
Before Checkout: Simply uncheck the "Worry-Free Delivery" box in your shopping cart. After Checkout:
1. Within 24 hours (if order not shipped)
- Full automatic refund
- Contact: support@viribusbikes.com with order #
2. After 24 hours (if order not shipped)
- Requires Seel approval
- Contact support@viribusbikes.com to request review
3. After Shipment (any time)
- Protection activates immediately
- No cancellations permitted

Can I buy protection after placing the order?
    
  
  No, it must be purchased at checkout.
Can I get a refund for the service?
    
  
  - Refunds are only possible before shipment via customer service.
- Not after shipment (service becomes active once shipped).
How long do I have to file a claim?
    
  
  You must file claims based on your tracking status:
1. "Delivered": Report damage/theft within 7 days of delivery.
2. "Lost": Claim immediately.
3. "Undelivered" with no updates:
- Domestic: Eligible after 30 days
- International: Eligible after 60 days
4. "Delivery Delay": Domestic: Not delivered within 10 days of shipment; International: Not delivered within 30 days of shipment

What’s the claim processing time?
    
  
  If all required documents are submitted and the claim is approved on the first review, it typically takes around 3 business days from claim submission to payout. For PayPal or Venmo, funds may arrive the same day or the next day. For bank transfers, it usually takes 3–5 business days.
How do I file a claim?
    
  
  You can open the insurance confirmation email from Seel in your order email inbox and click “Report an issue” to access the claim center. Alternatively, you can visit https://resolution.seel.com to submit your claim.
If I claim for delay, can I still claim for loss/damage later?
    
  
  Yes!
